The exhibition transforms the gallery into a space of mutual aid and community refuge, using dining tables and portraiture to memorialize workers and document the lived experiences of migrant massage and sex workers—a direct extension of Red Canary Song's organizing practice since 2017.

What to expect

Four dim sum dining tables anchor the installation, accompanied by portraits memorializing deceased workers and still lifes by Augustina Wang documenting personal belongings. The presentation mirrors the collective's real-world infrastructure of food, tea, harm reduction, and care.
