Why go

The exhibition stages a decaying office where printers continuously produce copies of American propaganda leaflets distributed in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya (1990–2022), paired with original WWII ephemera—making visible how language and design shift across conflicts while the underlying logic of justification remains constant.

What to expect

An immersive installation combining a recreated office space with working printers, interactive computer terminals offering access to a digital archive of leaflets and translations, and displayed original U.S. war propaganda materials spanning from WWII to recent decades.
